Here we go

We said our final good byes to our parents tonight in Chicago. Tomorrow morning we begin our journey to Colombia. It is hard to believe that in less than 36 hours we will be meeting our son! He has 2 more nights in his foster care home and then he will receive love like never before!! We cannot wait to swoop him up and make him ours. Our flight leaves tomorrow morning - thursday- @11:00 arriving in Bogota Colombia @9:00 p.m. Please pray for our safety in travel and preparing Carlos for his new life with us.

    You guys...what can we say but we miss you already. We prayed for speed and safety as you traveled today, and now we are praying that your first meeting with Carlos tomorrow is Spirit led. Have an amazing time with your new SON and cherish every surreal moment of it! Moments like these can only come from God. The Scheffers
